We are seeking an experienced

Delivery Manager / Technical Lead

to join our

Technical Interview Panel

and evaluate senior engineering talent across modern cloud-native stacks.

Core Focus Areas Cloud:

AWS, GCP & Azure (architecture, HA/DR, networking, IAM) Backend:

.NET Core, Python (API design, scalability, security), Frontend:

Angular & React (component architecture, state management) Architecture:

Microservices, distributed systems, API-first design, Event based DevOps:

CI/CD, Terraform (IaC), automation, monitoring Leadership:

Agile delivery, stakeholder alignment, technical governance

Ideal Profile 10+ years engineering experience 5+ years in technical leadership or in hands on delivery management Hands-on cloud-native architecture expertise Hands on Application delivery design and implementation experience Strong understanding of scalable, production-grade systems Ability to conduct structured, high-quality technical interviews

Panel Expectations Evaluate architecture depth and engineering quality Evaluate Hands on Technical Skills by conducting code challenges Evaluate Design Patterns Assess cloud maturity and DevOps practices Provide structured feedback and hiring recommendations
