Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurgaon, India, for a Salesperson at Vivid Fine Jewels. The Salesperson will guide customers through their jewellery selection journey, offering expert product knowledge and ensuring an exceptional experience for every client. Responsibilities include driving sales, building strong client relationships, presenting customizable and bespoke solutions, and ensuring that display standards align with VFJ's premium brand image. The role also involves maintaining updated product knowledge and supporting inventory management.

Qualifications Sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills Knowledge of fine jewellery, gemstones, and luxury retail best practices Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Focused attention to detail and ability to understand client preferences Fluency in English and Hindi Professional appearance and a customer-centric approach Prior experience in luxury retail or the jewellery industry is preferred
