Care.Fi is working towards changing the way Hospitals & Suppliers transact. We are disrupting a $50 Billion industry with our ecosystem play of building Market Linkages and providing access to Financial Services.

Mission statement

We are disturbed everytime when we read that a patient couldn't be saved by a Hospital / Doctor’s clinic in a tier 3 location because of lack of access to the right medicines. With its commerce platform, Care.Fi is solving this problem, enabling hospitals to buy Pharma at a click of a button & also enabling the transaction through our financing platform. Care.Fi aims to make it a 3-step checkout process.

Role Details

We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to work on our Product & Platform Strategy.

Responsibilities

- Manage the product lifecycle from defining roadmap, defining use-case, writing PRDs, managing development and release, tracking metrics and product growth.

- Demonstrate a strategic approach to what's important to the business, work in high-pressure situations, and be able to prioritize tasks quickly in ambiguous situations.

- Track industry and marketplace trends to continually assess and enhance product and the user experience.

- Translate product strategy into detailed user stories and prototypes through collaboration with other teams.

- Define and document product features.

- Conduct user research and analyse data to develop a deep understanding of the needs of current and potential customers.

- Manage product features delivery in an Agile development environment.

- Work closely with the Engineering & Product Design team to document wireframes, design, and user experience.

- Manage the QA and testing process and work with the team to ensure all features are tested and functioning properly.

Requirements

- 3+ years of experience in a similar role, building web and mobile apps.

- Demonstrated experience in generating ideas for new features and enhancements and the ability to execute on those ideas.

- Proven track record driving cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time.

- Prior experience in Fintech is a plus.
