About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR professional to strengthen our employee engagement and employee relations initiatives. The ideal candidate should be confident, people-focused, and comfortable representing HR during employee activities and organisational events.

Key Responsibilities: Anchor and facilitate employee engagement events, activities, and internal functions Plan and execute engagement initiatives for both office and kitchen teams Build strong employee relations through

regular interactions and on-ground presence Visit kitchen locations to conduct activities and strengthen team connect Support HR in cultural building initiatives, communication, and employee experience Assist in grievance support and maintaining a positive work culture Support in resolution of

HRIS tasks & queries.

Pre Requisites: 0–2 years of experience in HR, Employee Engagement, or similar people-facing roles Prior experience in

hosting college events

, anchoring shows, or leading employee engagement activities is a strong advantage Strong communication, presentation, and crowd-handling skills Energetic, approachable, people-oriented, and confident in interacting with diverse teams Creative mindset with basic design sense to create posters and engagement creatives Willingness to
