Integration Engineer

Responsibilities :

Troubleshoot and resolve technical queries from merchants and their developer teams over multiple channels providing them with step-by-step technical assistance Ability to demo the Cashfree product suite to merchants on pre-sales/post-sales calls and walk them through Product Integration and dashboard Technical debugging of merchant environment to enable them to integrate with Cashfree through Mobile, plugins, APIs, etc. Deep dive and analyze issues end-to-end and efficiently collaborate with other teams to solve critical merchant problems Operate on stringent resolution SLAs to resolve business-critical problems for Cashfree merchants working and collaborating with engineering and operational teams Provide a world-class support experience for Cashfree merchants. Develop and maintain product-level playbooks for team reference, contribute to and manage the repository /knowledge base Take up technical value add tasks and initiatives aimed at improving product efficiency

Experience:

1 to 3 years

Requirements :

Understanding of coding languages like Go/Python/Java, platforms (Android, iOS) with hands-on working experience in at least one of them. Strong understanding of running queries using SQL and using APIs on tools like Postman Familiarity/experience in using web and mobile tools such as React Native, Flutter, Cordova, Ionic React would be a plus Experience in handling technical queries on email/call/chat channels Keen eye for the technical documentation enhancement Excellent problem-solving aptitude and communication skills Experience in maintaining and optimizing existing integration solutions to reflect all changes in client’s and internal environments Capable of ideating process improvements, mentoring, and assisting junior team members. Showcase exemplary ownership and accountability in solving, following up, and communicating with merchants and internal teams alike
