Vortex Studios is expanding its client network, and we’re looking for a motivated

Sales / Business Development professional

to join us on a

commission-only

basis. If you’re someone who thrives on closing deals, building relationships, and earning based on performance, this is an ideal opportunity.

Role Overview You will identify prospects, pitch our services, and help convert leads into confirmed projects. This is a

freelance, non-exclusive

arrangement — flexible hours, no location constraints, and unlimited earning potential based on results.

Key Responsibilities • Generate and qualify new leads • Pitch Vortex Studios’ services to potential clients • Coordinate with the internal team for pricing approval before sharing quotes • Facilitate smooth communication until the project is confirmed and the first payment is received

Compensation This is a

commission-based role

with: •

Commission on each confirmed project • Commission applies to the

first project

with a new client brought in by you • Repeat business from the same client is not commission-eligible unless you reopen and convert a new scope of work

What We’re Looking For • Experience in sales, business development, or agency work (preferred) • Strong communication and negotiation skills • Ability to understand client needs and match them with our services • Self-driven personality with a results-oriented approach
