Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced E-commerce & D2C Manager to own and scale our online business—driving website performance, growth marketing, inventory, and customer experience while staying aligned with the brand’s spiritual ethos.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage end-to-end D2C website operations and customer journey

* Drive growth initiatives and performance marketing (Meta, Google, etc.)

* Track and optimize CAC, ROAS, conversion, and retention

* Manage inventory planning, vendors, and fulfillment

* Oversee product storytelling, content, influencers, and community

* Build loyalty, referral, and repeat-purchase programs

* Collaborate with SkillEnable Edutech & Academy of Vedic Vidya team

Requirements

* 4–6+ years of experience in E-commerce / D2C (wellness or lifestyle preferred)

* Strong understanding of performance marketing and D2C metrics

* Experience with inventory, logistics, and vendor management

* Data-driven, entrepreneurial mindset

* Genuine interest in spirituality and conscious living

Ideal Candidate- This role is for someone who thinks like a builder. You enjoy creating and scaling businesses—from 0→1 ideas to running live operations. You are comfortable owning P&L, growth, execution, and outcomes across D2C, marketplaces, and emerging commerce channels.
