About The Role We are a multi-campus education group looking to build a structured, data-driven performance marketing engine for admissions.
This is not a content posting role.
This is a pure performance & lead-generation role.
Your Mandate • Plan, launch & optimize Meta Ads campaigns for student admissions
• Improve cost per qualified lead (CPL)
• Build structured lead funnels (cold → warm → retargeting)
• Work closely with the admissions team to improve lead quality
• A/B test creatives, copy, audiences & landing pages
• Weekly performance reporting & optimisation
• Integrate Meta campaigns with CRM for tracking
Key KPIs • Cost per qualified lead
• Lead-to-application conversion support
• Funnel drop-off reduction
• ROAS / ROI tracking
• Budget efficiency
Ideal Candidate • Has handled ₹50L+ annual ad budgets (preferred)
• Strong understanding of lead-gen funnels
• Experience in the education / services industry preferred
• Analytical mindset (comfortable with dashboards & data)
• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
