Content Developer

Position Title: Technical Content Developer

As a Technical Content Writer at NIIT Digital, you will be responsible for developing engaging, accurate, and learner-centric content that supports our digital learning products and enterprise training programs. You will work closely with domain experts, instructional designers, and digital learning teams to translate complex concepts into easy-to-understand, interactive learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Research, conceptualize, and create technical and digital learning content for NIIT Digital programs across domains such as Cybersecurity, Cloud, Data Science, BFSI, and Software Development. Develop user guides, product documentation, and e-learning modules aligned with NIIT Digital’s learning design framework. Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and learning architects to structure and simplify complex technical information. Design storyboards and scripts for web-based and instructor-led training modules. Create content aligned with global learning standards (SCORM, xAPI) and NIIT Digital’s brand tone. Ensure consistency, accuracy, and clarity across all written material. Stay updated with emerging trends in edtech content creation, AI-based learning, and digital pedagogy.

Education Qualification

Education:

Graduate or Postgraduate in English, Journalism, Mass Communication, Computer Science, or a related field.

Experience: 1–4 years of experience in technical writing, instructional design, or digital learning content creation. Exposure to LMS platforms, e-learning authoring tools (Articulate, Captivate, or Rise) preferred.
