Department: Operations Location: 736, Udyog Vihar, Phase 5, Gurgaon(Onsite) Working Hour: 11AM-7PM, Monday- Saturday (2nd and 4th Saturday OFF) Reporting To: CEO / Head of Marketing

Key Responsibilities

Create and manage ad campaigns across various digital platforms Work with designers to create high-performing ads Work on landing pages and website optimisation Meet revenue, CAC, ROAS targets Build a daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly dashboard highlighting new metrics

Key Requirements

3-5 years of experience in fashion Expert-level knowledge of Meta and Google ads Experience in working with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager Experience in working with Shopify platform A strong analytical mindset

Skill Set:

Excellent creative sense Excellent problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
