Position Sales Executive – Real Estate Location: Chakan, Pune (Nearby candidates preferred) Type: Full-time, On-site

Role Overview The Sales Executive will manage client interactions, promote real estate projects, conduct site visits, and drive conversions. The role requires strong communication skills, consistent follow-ups, market understanding, and the ability to close deals efficiently.

Key Responsibilities Engage and convince prospective clients by understanding their requirements. Promote project offerings through structured outreach and marketing activities. Share new property listings with clients from the database and manage lead follow-ups. Conduct site visits and live demonstrations to explain project features and benefits. Manage property showings and guide clients through the buying process. Assist clients with pricing, documentation, market conditions, and legal guidelines. Maintain updated property listings and remain aware of local market trends. Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications & Skills Experience in sales; real estate experience preferred. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to understand client needs and present relevant solutions. Good follow-up discipline and client-handling ability. Basic understanding of CRM tools and sales processes. Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business/Marketing or related field). Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
