Role Overview
We are seeking a results-driven and strategic
SaaS Sales Manager
to lead and scale our B2B sales efforts. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in SaaS sales, revenue growth, enterprise/client acquisition, and building high-performing sales pipelines.
This role requires a self-motivated professional who can drive end-to-end sales cycles—from lead generation to deal closure—while building long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
Drive B2B SaaS sales across mid-market and enterprise segments.
Manage the complete sales cycle: prospecting, demo, proposal, negotiation, and closure.
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through outbound, inbound, and referral channels.
Conduct product demonstrations and effectively communicate value propositions.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align on go-to-market strategy.
Identify new market opportunities and strategic partnerships.
Track, analyze, and report on sales metrics, forecasts, and performance KPIs.
Build and mentor a growing sales team (if applicable).
Ensure high customer satisfaction and support smooth onboarding handover.
Required Skills & Qualifications
4–8 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
Strong understanding of SaaS business models (ARR, MRR, CAC, LTV, churn).
Experience in enterprise sales and consultative selling approach.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho).
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience in ESG, sustainability, fintech, or compliance-related SaaS products.

MBA in Sales/Marketing or equivalent qualification.

Experience in scaling early-stage SaaS startups.

Knowledge of lead generation strategies and pipeline-building techniques.

Experience managing or mentoring small sales teams.
