About the Role Lead and manage end-to-end HR functions independently. Build structured HR systems aligned with business growth.

Key Responsibilities 1. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning Manage complete recruitment cycle across departments. Ensure timely hiring as per manpower planning. 2. Payroll & Compensation Management Oversee accurate payroll processing and salary disbursement. Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, TDS, etc.). 3. HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle Management Manage onboarding, documentation, and exit processes. Maintain attendance, records, and HR MIS. 4. Policy Development & Implementation Draft and implement HR policies and SOPs. Ensure consistent policy adherence across the organization. 5. Training & Development Identify training needs and conduct induction programs. Support performance management and skill development initiatives. 6. Employee Relations & Grievance Handling Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts. Maintain a positive and disciplined work environment. 7. Compliance & Legal Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements. Maintain statutory records and support audits. Required Skills Strong experience in Payroll Processing & Compliance Expertise in Talent Acquisition Knowledge of HR systems and statutory laws Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Leadership and team management ability Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS software Qualification & Experience MBA / PGDM in HR 5–8 years of relevant HR experience Experience in manufacturing industry preferred Prior experience handling payroll independently is mandatory The interested candidates can share their CVs on recruitments@sukhnafoods.com
