Finance Manager

We are hiring a hands-on Manager – Finance Operations to own day-to-day accounting and financial controls across multiple entities in a fast-paced startup environment. This is an execution-focused role requiring strong individual contribution. The candidate will directly manage accounting operations, reconciliations, and audit coordination.

Key Responsibilities End-to-End Accounting Manage complete accounting for multiple entities. Perform sub-ledger to GL reconciliations. Maintain chart of accounts discipline and posting standards. Lead GL clean-ups and suspense account resolution. Month-End Closure Drive monthly closure including accruals, provisions, prepaids, and intercompany entries. Prepare reconciliation schedules and supporting documentation. Support preparation of financial statements and variance analysis. Audit & Compliance Prepare audit schedules for Big 4 audits. Resolve audit queries independently. Implement audit recommendations. Support tax-related reconciliations and compliance documentation. Banking & Treasury Perform bank reconciliations. Maintain investment and FD trackers. Conduct balance confirmations with counterparties.

Qualification Requirements CA-Inter / BCom / MCom with 8–11 years of hands-on accounting experience. Experience handling Big 4 audits is essential. Strong execution mindset; comfortable personally driving closures and reconciliations. Advanced Excel proficiency and ERP/accounting software experience. High attention to detail and ownership mentality. Comfortable working in an evolving startup setup.
