Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager at Qline Diagnostics located in Ahmedabad. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the sales team, developing strategic sales plans, achieving sales targets, identifying market opportunities, and building strong relationships with customers. Additional responsibilities include monitoring sales performance metrics, preparing reports, and collaborating with other departments to drive business growth.
Qualifications
Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills
Proven experience in sales strategy development, client relationship management, and target achievement
Knowledge of market research, competitor analysis, and sales forecasting
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and decision-making capabilities
Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and reporting tools
Bachelorโs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
Prior experience in the healthcare or diagnostics industry is a plus
Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to dynamic market conditions
