Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented
Human Resources Executive
to manage end-to-end HR operations. The role involves recruitment, employee lifecycle management, attendance & payroll coordination, employee engagement, and maintaining a positive work culture.
The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling employee concerns professionally.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
Understand hiring requirements from department heads
Draft and post job descriptions on job portals
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates
Schedule and coordinate interviews
Conduct initial HR interviews
Manage salary discussions (as per management approval)
Issue offer letters and appointment letters
Handle complete onboarding process and documentation
HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle
Maintain employee records and HR database
Manage confirmations, increments, and promotions
Draft HR letters (confirmation, increment, warning, etc.)
Handle resignation process and exit formalities
Prepare relieving and experience letters
Coordinate full & final settlement with accounts
Attendance & Payroll Coordination
Manage attendance and leave records through HRMS
Resolve attendance discrepancies
Prepare monthly payroll inputs
Coordinate with accounts for salary processing
Address employee salary-related queries
Employee Relations & Grievance Handling
Act as point of contact for employee concerns
Conduct one-on-one discussions when required
Resolve workplace conflicts professionally
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive matters
Performance Management Support
Assist in performance review processes
Coordinate appraisal documentation
Track probation confirmations
Employee Engagement & Culture
Plan and execute engagement activities
Organize celebrations, events, and team-building initiatives
Support in creating a positive and productive work environment
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
1–4 years of experience in HR Operations / Generalist role
Knowledge of HRMS systems
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
Basic knowledge of payroll and labor compliance (preferred)
