Enterprise Client Sales /Manager/BDM Location: Delhi NCR, Gurgaon, Noida, Manesar, Ghaziabad (Total 05) Salary: Negotiable We are seeking dynamic sales managers to drive enterprise sales and cultivate strategic client relationships within the IT Infrastructure domain.

Experience: 02-08 years’ experience in IT sales and must sound knowledge at least 1 product from below mentioned list: - Server Storage Cloud Network Cybersecurity IT hardware - Desktop/Laptop/AIO and Printers

Key Responsibilities: Drive new business acquisition and identify new client opportunities. Manage and expand relationships with large enterprise accounts (Indian & Global). Engage with C-level stakeholders and lead high-value negotiations. Collaborate with technical and marketing teams to deliver value-driven proposals. Work with leading OEMs in the IT infrastructure space. Consistently achieve revenue, margin, and growth targets.

What We’re Looking For: Proven track record in enterprise sales, key account management, and business development in IT sales. Excellent communication, relationship management, and consultative selling skills. Experience in end-to-end sales cycles – from market research to deal closure. Candidates having similar qualities and capabilities may apply for Government Sales if they have experience in selling IT solution to government customer in NCR.

Candidates meeting the above criteria will be shortlisted for F2F interview. ___________________________________________________________________________ Roles & Responsibilities: The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with end government customers/ PSU's, Ministries and OEM's business partners to build new business for the company. Capability to translate the customer business issues in to IT Infrastructure requirements Engage with the customer, identify triggers, Identify key IT issues which impact the business and make recommendations to customer. The candidate should be focused and have strong communication skills. Should be able to think critically when making their year business plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy during their past tenures o Drive sales to Government / PSU and large enterprises Strong background in Tenders/RFPs, etc Drive Sales in Managed Services/ SI /Transformation / Automation Lead deals more by personal participation and initiatives. Should have experience of preparing and submitting large bids through GEM or Non Gem. Hard core sales experience Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's/Master's degree or equivalent experience/ Diploma/degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or related field Strong communication and interpersonal skills Focused and goal-oriented Candidate should have experience in IT Solution selling. IT-Infrastructure- Solutions-Sales like Server/ Storage/Network/ DB/ IT Automation experience is a MUST.
