Role Overview
We are seeking a creative and data-driven Influencer Marketing Manager to lead and scale influencer partnerships across YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.
This is a mid-senior level role requiring both strategic ownership and hands-on execution. The candidate will work cross-functionally with brand, performance marketing, PR, and content teams to deliver high-impact influencer campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning
Design and execute influencer marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and lead generation
Identify, evaluate, and onboard influencers across social platforms
Develop content themes, campaign calendars, and collaboration models aligned with business goals
Campaign Execution
Manage end-to-end influencer campaigns:
Outreach and negotiations
Brief creation and content approvals
Contract management
Performance tracking
Ensure brand alignment and compliance in influencer content
Experiment with multiple campaign formats (long-form videos, reels, testimonials, live sessions, collaborations)
Partnerships & Relationship Management
Build and nurture long-term relationships with influencers, micro-creators, and agencies
Act as the primary liaison between creators and internal stakeholders
Manage influencer marketing budgets and optimize ROI
Performance & Analytics
Define and track KPIs:
Reach
Engagement
Sentiment
Lead contribution
Conversions
Use analytics tools to measure impact and generate insights
Continuously optimize influencer mix and content formats based on performance data
Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration
Mentor junior team members in influencer outreach and execution
Collaborate with brand, performance marketing, content, and PR teams for integrated campaigns
Stay updated on influencer trends, platform changes, and competitor activities
Eligibility Criteria
3–5 years of experience in Influencer Marketing, Creator Partnerships, or Digital Marketing
Experience in consumer-facing or EdTech brands preferred
Proven track record of executing successful influencer campaigns with measurable business impact
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
Experience handling campaign budgets and ROI optimization
Required Skills
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Creative content judgment and ability to brief influencers effectively
Analytical mindset with comfort in campaign metrics and performance tools
Strong project management and execution capability
Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
