Job Title: Business Development Manager – SaaS (ATS Domain)

Experience: 3–6 Years (Must have SaaS Sales Experience)

Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven sales professional with strong experience in SaaS-based application sales. The ideal candidate should have prior exposure to ATS (Applicant Tracking System) companies and hands-on experience managing the complete end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.

Key Responsibilities: End-to-End Sales Ownership Manage complete sales cycle: prospecting → demo → proposal → negotiation → closure Identify and qualify new business opportunities Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline SaaS / ATS Sales Sell SaaS-based HR Tech / ATS solutions to mid-size and enterprise clients Conduct product demos and solution presentations Understand client hiring challenges and position ATS solutions effectively Revenue & Target Achievement Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets Maintain accurate sales forecasts Negotiate pricing and commercial terms Client Relationship Management Build long-term client relationships Coordinate with implementation & support teams post-sale Ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction

Mandatory Requirements : Proven experience in

SaaS application sales Prior experience working with

ATS / HR Tech companies (preferred) Hands-on experience handling

complete sales lifecycle Strong communication and negotiation skills Target-driven and self-motivated

Good to Have: Experience selling to HR / Talent Acquisition teams Enterprise or B2B solution selling exposure Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.)

Key Skills: B2B Sales SaaS Sales ATS Sales Enterprise Sales Pipeline Management Deal Closure

Education: Graduate / MBA preferred (not mandatory if experience is strong)
