Media & Content Associate

Role Overview:

The Media & Content Associate plays a hands-on role in content creation, research, planning, and coordination. This position supports day-to-day content execution across multiple themes and works closely with editors, managers, and clients to ensure timely and relevant output.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Create content on an alternate-day basis across themes including politics, literature, history, cricket, and business

2. Conduct background research to support content accuracy and depth

3. Assist in content planning and execution for campaigns and platforms

4. Write scripts for videos, short formats, and public-facing content

5. Coordinate with video and photo editors to ensure smooth execution

6. Support client coordination related to assigned content tasks

Requirements

Mandatory

- Bachelor's degree - Strong interest in politics and current affairs - Excellent writing and communication skills in English and Telugu - Confident on-screen presence - Strong research skills and attention to detail - Working knowledge of Instagram, X, YouTube, and Facebook - Demonstrated interest in reading books and long-form content, contributing to better context, language, and cultural awareness - Working knowledge of MS Office - 0-2 years of experience in relevant fields

Preferred

- Basic knowledge of photo and video editing - Ability to use AI tools as a support mechanism, without overdependence
