Job Summary: Tickle Wickle Private Limited is looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead and grow our party booking business. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in event sales, party bookings, hospitality, play zones, or cafés and must be capable of driving revenue through birthday parties, kitty parties, corporate events, farewell parties, and other celebrations.

Key Responsibilities: Handle end-to-end party and event bookings, including: Birthday Parties Kitty Parties Corporate Parties Farewell Parties Other Social & Private Events Generate new leads through walk-ins, calls, references, social media, and partnerships Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings by effective follow-ups and negotiations Coordinate with operations, café staff, and play zone team to ensure smooth event execution Maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat bookings and referrals Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Prepare sales reports, booking summaries, and revenue forecasts Suggest promotional offers and sales strategies to increase footfall and bookings

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience in sales (event sales / hospitality / play zone / party café preferred) Proven experience in party or event bookings Strong communication and negotiation skills Customer-focused approach with good convincing ability Ability to handle multiple bookings and deadlines

Basic knowledge of CRM, MS Excel, and reporting

Energetic, presentable, and result-oriented personality

Preferred Background: Experience in play zones, party cafés, banquet halls, event companies, or hotels Local market knowledge and existing client network will be an advantage
