Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Senior Production Manager to oversee shirt manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the complete production process, ensuring on-time delivery, maintaining quality standards, and optimizing efficiency.

Key Responsibilities Plan and manage daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules Oversee cutting, stitching, finishing, and packing operations Ensure production targets and delivery deadlines are met Monitor product quality and reduce defects/rework Supervise production supervisors and factory workers Manage manpower planning and workflow optimization Control material usage and minimize wastage Coordinate with procurement, quality control, and sales teams Ensure machinery maintenance and factory safety compliance Prepare and submit production performance reports

Requirements Diploma/Degree in Textile, Apparel, or related field 10–12 years of experience in shirt manufacturing (mandatory) Strong leadership and team management skills Good knowledge of garment production processes and quality standards Problem-solving and decision-making abilities Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills Experience with production planning software Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles Strong communication skills
