About Intellismith Intellismith is building a fast-growing Technology Practice delivering enterprise solutions across Cloud, AI, Automation, Security, and Digital Platforms. A strategic focus area is building interactive, gamified, SCORM-compliant training modules deployable across industry-standard Learning Management Systems (LMS). We are building this capability from the ground up and are looking for a developer who can independently execute end-to-end SCORM module development.

Role Overview • Develop interactive and gamified learning modules • Implement SCORM tracking correctly • Package SCORM 1.2 / 2004 modules • Test on LMS and troubleshoot tracking issues • Deploy modules independently

Key Responsibilities • Build interactive modules using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript • Develop gamified elements: quizzes, drag & drop, branching scenarios • Implement SCORM API communication and tracking • Upload & configure SCORM content on LMS platforms • Debug tracking failures and ensure cross-browser compatibility • Apply WCAG accessibility standards • Perform automated testing and optimize performance • Collaborate with instructional designers • Use Git and CI/CD pipelines • Ensure secure handling of learner data (GDPR/FERPA awareness)

Mandatory Skills (Non-Negotiable)

• Hands-on SCORM 1.2/2004 development and troubleshooting • Strong HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript fundamentals • Automated testing & multimedia performance optimization • Practical WCAG accessibility implementation • Strong collaboration and documentation skills

Good to Have (Advantageous) • React / Vue / Angular • xAPI (Tin Can API) & Learning Record Stores • Authoring tools (H5P, Adapt, Storyline, Captivate) • Microlearning & AI-powered personalization • Analytics dashboards (Power BI, Tableau) • Cloud deployment (AWS, Azure), PWA, Phaser.js or Unity WebGL
