Role Description This is a full-time on-site Telecaller role located in Noida. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to clients to provide information about our services, gather client feedback, and schedule appointments. Additional responsibilities include maintaining and updating customer databases, achieving assigned targets, and providing support to the team to enhance overall client satisfaction.

Qualifications Strong communication, listening, and interpersonal skills Customer service and relationship-building abilities Problem-solving, persuasion, and negotiation skills Good organizational and time management capabilities Computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office and CRM software Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment Previous experience in telecalling or customer support is advantageous High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree is a plus
