Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Academic Counsellor to join our admissions team. You will play a key role in guiding prospective students to find the right course fit, supporting them throughout the enrollment process, and ensuring a positive academic journey.

Key Responsibilities

- Engage with potential students via phone, email, and in-person meetings to understand their academic goals and career interests. - Provide in-depth information about AIEM courses, career paths, fees, and admission procedures. - Follow up with leads generated through online and offline channels. - Maintain accurate student records in CRM and ensure timely conversions. - Assist in organizing admission drives, seminars, and educational events. - Collaborate with the marketing and academic teams for lead nurturing and student engagement.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Education, Business, or Communication preferred). - Freshers are welcome. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Goal-oriented with a strong willingness to learn and grow. - Familiarity with education CRM systems is a plus. - Passionate about student success and education.
