What you’ll do:

- Integrate payments (UPI, cards, wallets, QR, NFC) and POS hardware - Building frontend applications using React (dashboards, workflows, admin tools) - Developing backend services using Python (APIs, microservices, data pipelines) - Integrating AI/ML capabilities into products (recommendations, automation, analytics) - Designing and consuming REST / GraphQL APIs - Deploying and scaling services on AWS (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, ECS) - Building secure, scalable, multi-tenant systems - Optimizing performance, reliability, and cost at scale

Technical Skills:

- Solid 5+ Years backend experience using Python and React. - Strong understanding of Redux or similar state management libraries. - Experience with POS systems, payments, and transaction flows. - Knowledge of payment security standards (PCI-DSS, tokenization). - Experience integrating third-party payment providers and POS hardware. - Have strong experience with Python + React in production - Have hands-on exposure to AI/ML integrations (LLMs, prediction models, data intelligence) - Understand cloud-native architecture on AWS - Can own features from design → development → deployment - Have worked in SaaS, B2B platforms, fintech, or commerce products

Domain Expertise

- Deep understanding of Retail / B2B POS workflows. - Experience in ECOM, Product Catalog, checkout optimization, tax calculations, discounts, and promotions.
