Job Description: Electromatic Engineers Pvt. Ltd. (UNITORQ Group), a leading Indian manufacturer of electromagnetic DC brakes, electromagnetic clutches, and brake motors, is seeking a motivated and dedicated Sales & Service Engineer.

The selected candidate will be responsible for sales promotion, application support, and after-sales service of UNITORQ power transmission products. The role requires close interaction with OEMs, end users, distributors, and industrial customers across Gujarat Region.

Key Responsibilities: • Sales and service of electromagnetic DC brakes, clutches, and brake motors • Develop new customers and maintain strong relationships with existing clients • Provide technical support, installation guidance, commissioning, and troubleshooting • Conduct regular market visits and identify new business opportunities • Coordinate with factory and internal teams for order execution and service resolution • Prepare sales reports, follow-ups, and service documentation

Candidate Profile: • Diploma / BE / BTech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering • Minimum 2 years of experience • Experience in power transmission, motors, brakes, clutches, or industrial equipment preferred • Good communication skills and customer-oriented mindset • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
