Role Description Tech Lead Job Description Role Overview A Tech Lead is responsible for leading a team of engineers to design, develop, and deliver high-quality software solutions. This role combines strong technical expertise with leadership, mentoring, and strategic decision-making to ensure successful project execution and technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities Technical Leadership Design and oversee system architecture and technical solutions

Make key technology stack and design decisions

Ensure code quality through reviews, best practices, and standards

Drive performance, scalability, and security improvements

Team Leadership & Mentorship Lead, mentor, and support developers

Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback

Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture

Project & Delivery Management Translate business requirements into technical solutions

Break down complex tasks and assign work effectively

Ensure timely delivery of milestones

Quality & Process Improvement Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices

Improve development workflows and engineering processes

Monitor system reliability and incident response

Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)

5+ years of software development experience

1–3 years of technical leadership experience

Strong knowledge of software architecture and system design

Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript, C#)

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications Experience leading cross-functional teams

Background in Agile/Scrum methodologies

DevOps and CI/CD experience

Key Skills Technical decision-making

Leadership & mentoringOpening for Part Time Technical Lead

Candidates from Noida/Delhi are preferred.

Part time role- approx 80-100 hours a month.

Office visits required.
