Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage Agile projects using Scrum methodology. - Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives. - Ensure clear and effective communication between team members, stakeholders, and leadership. - Proactively identify project risks and mitigate them through strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. - Collaborate with Product Owners to refine product backlogs and ensure alignment with business objectives. - Track and report key Agile metrics, ensuring continuous improvement. - Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and high performance within the Scrum team. - Coach team members on Agile best practices to enhance efficiency.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Project Manager in an Agile/Scrum environment. - Strong understanding of Scrum principles, frameworks, and best practices. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency in Agile tools like Jira. - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
