The Role
Weโre looking for a
Solution Engineer
to lead
Presales discovery and demos , delivering a
world-class, narrative-driven demo experience
that helps prospects instantly understand why Clazar is the Marketplace Stack theyโve been missing.
This is not a checkbox demo role.
You will act as the
technical storyteller
โ translating customer pain into platform value, live. Youโll work closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering to deeply understand Clazarโs platform and articulate how it integrates cleanly into complex customer stacks (CRM, Sales Tools, APIs, Partnerships).
You will own the technical win.
What Youโll Demo & Design
You will showcase how Clazar functions as a unified Sales OS across real-world GTM workflows:
1. Clazar Transact Architecture & Value Narrative
Position Clazar as the
system of intelligence + action
for B2B Sales
Build Workflow Recipes for prospects to automate their Quote-to-Cash process via Marketplaces.
Map fragmented CRM, finance, and partnership workflows into a single platform story
Tailor demos by persona: RevOps, Sales, Partnerships, Finance, Leadership
2. CRM & Financial System Integrations
Deep demos of
HubSpot and Salesforce
integrations
Show seamless workflows across
NetSuite and Oracle
Explain data syncs, objects, events, permissions, and extensibility
Confidently answer โhow does this work in our stack?โ
3. API & Integration Capabilities
Demonstrate Clazarโs API-first architecture
Explain webhook flows, real-time events, and data orchestration
Whiteboard custom integration scenarios with customer teams
Partner with engineering on edge cases and complex deployments
4. End-to-End GTM Workflows
Partner onboarding โ deal registration โ approvals โ payouts
Automated workflows powered by actions, triggers, and events
Show how Clazar replaces multiple tools with one OS
5. Custom Demo Experiences
Build and refine demo environments
Create reusable demo flows by industry or use case
Continuously raise the bar on demo clarity, depth, and polish
Responsibilities
Own the
technical presales motion
from discovery to close.
Deliver high-impact demos tailored to customer pain and business goals.
Translate business requirements into technical architecture discussions.
Act as the voice of the customer back to Product & Engineering.
Partner closely with AEs to drive deal strategy and technical confidence.
Support POCs, pilots, and integration discussions when required.
Help define demo best practices, enablement content, and playbooks.
Ideal Experience
2โ4 years in
Solutions Engineering, Presales, or Technical Consulting
Experience in selling to USA / NAMER Market
Exceptional
communication & storytelling
skills
Solid understanding of
APIs, integrations, data models, and workflows
Comfortable leading technical conversations with senior stakeholders
Startup or high-growth SaaS experience
Great to have
Experience selling or demoing platforms (not point solutions)
Experience in building Workato Automation Recipes
Exposure to Solutioning for RevOps, Partnerships, or B2B SaaS
Experience working with enterprise customers
Ability to read logs, debug integrations, or speak to engineers fluently
