About the Role
∙We’re seeking an experienced
D365FO Consultant
with strong functional expertise, customer support
capability, and handson delivery experience across ERP transformation projects. You will work across multiple
modules, provide highquality support, and help customers optimise and adopt D365FO.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Support & Issue Resolution
∙Act as the escalation point for complex functional/technical issues.
∙Troubleshoot errors, investigate root causes, and deliver timely resolutions.
∙Work directly with users to understand issues and recommend improvements.
Guidance, Training & Adoption
∙Deliver training, onboarding, and bestpractice advice across Finance, Supply Chain, HR, Warehouse,
Production, and more.
∙Produce user guides, functional documentation, and operational support materials.
System Administration & Maintenance
∙Support LCS, PPAC, workflows, and security administration.
∙Configure roles, duties, and privileges following bestpractice standards.
∙Assist with electronic reporting, data management, and integration monitoring.
Stakeholder Management
∙Build strong client relationships through responsive, tailored support.
∙Communicate risks, progress, and solution recommendations clearly.
Continuous Improvement & Enhancements
∙Identify optimisation opportunities and collaborate on ISVs, integrations, and workflow updates.
∙Support enhancements from design through testing and deployment.
Functional Expertise Across Modules
∙AP/AR, GL, Fixed Assets, Sales, Procurement, PIM, Inventory/Warehouse, Production, HR, Landed Cost,
Licensing, Security.
Security & Technical Collaboration
∙Design and customise security roles.
∙Manage D365FO, LCS, and PPAC administration tasks.
∙Work with developers on integrations, workflows, ER, ISVs, and extensions.
Project Delivery
∙Lead/support Agile projects and manage priorities with stakeholders.
∙Work effectively with distributed and crossfunctional teams.
∙Skills & Experience Required
Experience
∙10+ years implementing/supporting Microsoft Dynamics ERP; 5+ years in D365FO.
∙Fulllifecycle delivery experience across industries such as distribution, manufacturing, food/wood/steel
trade, and health.
∙Experience managing scrum teams within Agile environments.
Technical Capability
∙D365FO, Azure DevOps, LCS, PPAC, ExFlow, Docentric, integrations, ER, DMF.

onshore/offshore teams.
