Overview:
We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketer to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across brand and event portfolios. The role focuses on driving ROI, revenue growth, and ticket sales through data-led strategy and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and execute paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and YouTube
• Build and optimize full-funnel performance strategies
• Monitor and improve CTR, CPL, CPA, ROAS, conversions, and cost per ticket
• Manage budgets and scale campaigns efficiently
• Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and messaging
• Implement tracking (Pixel, Conversion API) and ensure accurate reporting
• Prepare daily/weekly performance reports with actionable insights
• Collaborate with creative and event teams for aligned execution
Requirements:
• 2–5+ years of experience in performance marketing / paid ads
• Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
• Experience handling brand and sales-driven campaigns
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Ability to manage multiple accounts in fast-paced environments
