Accounts Executive

with experience in the travel/Hospitality sector to join our finance team.

Job Summary The Accounts Executive will manage day-to-day accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, support payroll and compliance, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth financial processes, specifically focusing on travel-related transactions. Key Responsibilities Billing & Invoicing:

Generate accurate client invoices, travel agent commission invoices, and vendor payments in line with travel booking schedules. Accounts Receivable/Payable:

Track outstanding receivables, follow up on payments, and reconcile vendor/airline payments. Financial Reporting:

Assist in preparing financial reports, including profit-and-loss statements and cash flow statements, for travel-related products. Reconciliation:

Perform daily/monthly bank reconciliations and verify supplier invoices against bookings. Compliance:

Ensure compliance with GST/VAT, TDS, and other relevant taxation laws applicable to the travel industry. System Management:

Utilize accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, or SAP) to maintain accurate records.

Required Qualifications & Skills Experience:

Minimum 4-7 years of experience in accounting, with proven experience in the travel, tourism, or service industry. Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance. Software:

Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho Books, SAP) and advanced MS Excel skills. Attention to Detail:

High attention to detail and accuracy in managing financial transactions. Travel Knowledge:

Understanding of travel agent commissions, airline bookings, or supplier payments is a strong plus.
