About the Company
Established in 2017, Seamex was created with the aim of providing a seamless experience for Aditya Birla Group employees worldwide, by acting as a single point of contact, delivering quick resolutions, and managing the entire employee lifecycle. As the Group's captive shared services, Seamex offers end-to-end services for employees across all businesses through technology-enabled solutions.
About the Role
We are looking for dynamic professionals to join our Total Rewards Team at our Airoli office. We have multiple openings across the hierarchy, ranging from Entry-Level Analysts to Strategic Leads (3 to 15 years of experience).
The primary focus for these roles is the Rewards parameterโspecifically compensation benchmarking, variable pay design, and benefits administration. While Rewards is the core requirement, prior exposure to Global Mobility (immigration, taxation, and relocations) is considered a significant advantage.
As part of this team, you will drive the employee value proposition by ensuring our pay structures are competitive, data-driven, and globally compliant. Whether you are an aspiring specialist or an experienced Lead, you will play a critical role in shaping how we attract and retain top talent in the financial services landscape.
Responsibilities
Total Rewards Strategy & Design: Develop and implement global strategies for base pay, variable incentives, equity plans, and recognition programs to attract and retain top talent.
Compensation Benchmarking: Manage market research and salary surveys (e.g., Aon Radford) to ensure pay structures remain competitive and aligned with industry standards.
Benefits & Wellness Administration: Oversee health insurance, retirement plans (including pension structures), and wellness initiatives tailored to different regions.
Data & Analytics: Use HRIS platforms (like Workday or SAP SuccessFactors) to conduct complex data modeling and cost projections for international assignments.
Policy Governance: Update and maintain Reward and Mobility policies to comply with ever-changing global labor laws, tax regimes, and social security regulations.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelorโs or Masterโs degree in HR, Business Administration, or Finance.
Certifications: Preferred certifications include Global Rewards Professional (GRP) or Certified Compensation Professional (CCP).
Experience: Typically requires 3โ15 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, depending on the seniority (Associate to Director).
Required Skills
Technical Expertise: Advanced proficiency in MS Excel for compensation modeling and experience with global payroll and relocation management systems.
Regulatory Knowledge: Deep understanding of international tax considerations, immigration laws, and local labor regulations in multiple jurisdictions.
Stakeholder Management: Ability to advise senior leadership and HR Business Partners on complex salary proposals and retention strategies.
Agility & Critical Thinking: Capability to navigate the complexities of remote work visas, digital nomadism, and "virtual" deployments where physical relocation isn't required.
Preferred Skills
Experience with HRIS platforms and data analytics tools.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
