Seeking an experienced

Consultant Trainer

based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, to deliver specialized workshops for our

Recruitment Team . The ideal trainer will train recruiters with

AI-driven skills

to accelerate talent acquisition processes, from candidate sourcing, in the competitive recruitment industry.

Key Responsibilities Design and conduct 2-4 interactive training sessions (2-3 hours each) on AI applications in recruitment, including tools like generative AI (e.g., ChatGPT / perplexity for sourcing), predictive analytics, and automated screening. Teach fast recruitment strategies, such as AI-optimized Boolean searches, personalized outreach, and bias-reduced candidate matching to reduce time-to-hire by 30-50%. Provide hands-on demos with no-code AI platforms for job description optimization, Customize content for executive search in sectors like AIF, PMS, and fund operations, aligning with global market conditions.

Required Qualifications 2+ years in recruitment training or AI/HR tech consulting, preferably in India with Ahmedabad experience.

Certifications like Certified AI and Sourcing Recruiter (CASR) or equivalent in AI for recruiters (e.g., from Social Talent or LinkedIn Learning).

Proven track record delivering workshops on fast recruitment (e.g., IT staffing, executive search) with measurable outcomes like improved placement rates.YouTube

Strong communication skills in English and Hindi; familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Excel for sourcing, and YouTube for educational content. Preferred Skills Local Ahmedabad network (e.g., ERA Gujarat Chapter contacts) for guest sessions or case studies.

Ability to create custom GPTs or AI workflows for high-volume hiring.
