Injection Molding Designer

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi for an Injection Molding Designer with experience in both thermoplastic and liquid silicone resin (LSR) based injection molding. The Injection Molding Specialist will oversee the operations of injection molding machines to manufacture high-quality components for MedTech products. Responsibilities include selecting appropriate materials, setting up and maintaining machinery, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring adherence to manufacturing standards. The role also involves collaborating with the design and development team to optimize production processes for new medical device prototypes, conducting tests, and maintaining accurate records of production activities.

What we are looking for 10+ years of experience and Proficiency in operating and maintaining injection molding machines and tools. Knowledge of material selection, molding techniques, and troubleshooting issues related to the injection molding process. Understanding of quality control standards, ISO manufacturing, and testing protocols, especially within the MedTech industry. Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-disciplinary teams. Attention to detail, ability to follow technical specifications, and strong documentation skills. Bachelor's degree or diploma in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, polymer technology, or a related field. Prior experience in the MedTech or precision manufacturing sector is highly desirable. Immediate joining (preferrable)
