Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Monitor and evaluate quality of processes related to financial market operations Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and compliance guidelines. Develop, implement, and maintain quality control standards and checklists. Track quality metrics, KPIs, and trends; present insights to management. Support process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Assist in root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action (CAPA) planning. Participate in internal and external audits when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong understanding of financial markets, trading lifecycle, and market instruments. Experience in quality analysis, audit, or process control within a financial services organization. Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and compliance standards (SEBI / NSE / BSE / global equivalents preferred). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. High attention to detail and accuracy. Proficiency in MS Excel (advanced), data analysis tools, and reporting dashboards. Good communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

Familiar with reporting tools or data analysis concepts. Certification in Quality Management, Six Sigma, or relevant finance certifications. Basic knowledge of trading lifecycle and market terminology.
