Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s

in

Civil Engineering ; Master’s in Project Management is an added advantage. 05

to

17

years of experience in the

Planning

activities

for

EPC projects

within the Building/Factories domain. Strong expertise in

Primavera P6

/

MS Project P6

for project scheduling and planning. Good understanding of civil engineering construction methods, resource planning, and cost control. Strong

analytical ,

communication , and

stakeholder-managemen t skills. Ability to

lead

the

planning function

independently and

manage

multiple

project interfaces .

Key Responsibilities Develop, monitor, and update the Master Project Schedule using tools such as

Primavera (P6)

or

MS Project . Prepare baseline

schedules ,

resource plans ,

procurement

schedules, and

cash flow

projections. Track

daily, weekly, and monthly

project

progress; prepare

progress

reports and variance analysis. Coordinate

with

site

teams,

project

managers, procurement,

engineering , and

subcontractors

to ensure adherence to timelines. Oversee planning and forecasting for manpower, materials, machinery, and subcontracted works. Ensure compliance with project timelines, cost parameters, and contractual requirements. Support the management team with MIS reports, dashboards, and planning insights for decision-making. Participate in client meetings, planning reviews, and progress discussions. Assist in tender planning, project budgeting, and preparation of technical proposals when required.
