Hiring: BA / PM – Risk Technology

Location: Indore / Pune

Experience: 10–16 Years

Work Mode: Full Time (Hybrid)

Primary Responsibilities

- Lead as a BA / PM on Risk Technology projects. - Understand and document business requirements using Agile methodology and translate them into JIRA work items. - Implement requirements traceability for Management, Audit, and stakeholders. - Ensure adoption and consistent implementation of Agile framework, policies, and procedures. - Prioritize work, set realistic deadlines, forecast risks, and communicate changes. - Ensure fiscal control and accountability for project budget and resources. - Continuously improve Agile processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Collaboration and Communication

- Work collaboratively across diverse teams and multiple time zones. - Educate team members and end-users on Agile practices and benefits. - Generate reports and dashboards covering plan, scope, project status, team productivity, and data exceptions. - Maintain documentation and create reusable templates.

Key Skills and Competencies

- Experience as BA/PM on Agile projects utilizing Cloud technologies (preferably Azure). - Familiarity with relational databases, SQL, and data validation techniques. - Expertise in Confluence, JIRA, Visio/Gliffy, SharePoint, Office365. - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. - Good understanding of SDLC models.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. - 10+ years of experience, preferably in Risk Technology initiatives using Agile methodology. - 5+ years of experience in Capital Markets / Fixed Income / Commercial Lending.
