Role Overview
The Post Production Supervisor will own end-to-end post-production workflows across brand
films, performance ads, social media content, product shoots, and campaign assets.
The ideal candidate comes from:
OTT Promo Production (e.g., Voot, Viacom18 or any leading OTT platform), OR
A strong creative/advertising agency background
This role requires deep technical knowledge, workflow optimization skills, and the ability to
manage multiple high-volume digital content outputs.
Key Responsibilities
Post Production Management
Supervise end-to-end post-production for digital campaigns, ads, product videos, and
social content
Oversee editing, color grading, sound design, motion graphics, and final delivery
Ensure all deliverables meet platform specifications (Meta, YouTube, Amazon, D2C
website, etc.)
Maintain high aesthetic and technical standards
Technical & Workflow Excellence
Establish and streamline post-production workflows
Manage media ingestion, backup protocols, versioning, and archiving
Optimize file formats, compression standards, and export workflows
Troubleshoot technical issues related to codecs, formats, frame rates, and platform
specs
Coordinate with editors, colorists, animators, and external vendors
Volume & Performance Content Management
Handle high-volume ad creatives and performance marketing videos
Ensure fast turnaround during launches, festive drops, and sale events
Maintain version control across multiple SKU-based assets
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Creative, Brand, Performance Marketing, and Production teams
Align on campaign timelines and technical feasibility
Act as bridge between creative vision and technical execution
Quality & Delivery Control
Maintain QC checklists for all outgoing assets
Ensure error-free exports (audio sync, aspect ratio, subtitles, supers, etc.)
Manage final approvals and master asset libraries
Preferred Profile
3–5 years of post-production experience, preferably from OTT promo production or a
leading creative/advertising agency, with exposure to fast-paced digital
environments.
Proven ability to manage multiple editors, stakeholders, and high-volume content
workflows with strong ownership and accountability.
Detail-oriented and process-driven, with structured asset management and version
control discipline.
Comfortable working in high-growth D2C setups and managing pressure during
campaign launches, festive drops, and sale events.
Strong aesthetic judgment with brand sensibility and the ability to balance creative
vision with technical execution.
Technical Skills Required
Advanced knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro
Strong working knowledge of After Effects
Understanding of DaVinci Resolve (color workflows preferred)
Expertise in codecs, export settings, aspect ratios, and digital delivery specs
Knowledge of OTT broadcast standards preferred
Asset management & file structuring discipline
Understanding of performance marketing creative formats
