Job Summary We are seeking a skilled

M365 Engineer – Identity

to design, implement, and support Microsoft 365 identity and access management solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Microsoft cloud technologies, identity governance, authentication, and security best practices. Key Responsibilities Design, implement, and manage identity solutions using Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD) Administer and support Microsoft 365 tenant including identity, authentication, and access policies Configure and manage Hybrid Identity (On-prem AD + Cloud integration) Implement Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and Conditional Access policies Manage user lifecycle (Joiner, Mover, Leaver process) Configure and manage Privileged Identity Management (PIM) Implement Identity Governance and Access Reviews Troubleshoot authentication, federation, and directory synchronization issues Manage and support Azure AD Connect Integrate third-party applications with Entra ID for SSO Monitor identity security risks and remediate vulnerabilities Support compliance and security audits Maintain documentation for identity architecture and processes Required Skills & Qualifications 4+ years of experience in Microsoft 365 and Identity Management Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID Experience with Hybrid AD, Federation (ADFS), and SSO configurations Knowledge of Conditional Access, MFA, Identity Protection Experience with Microsoft Intune (device identity integration preferred) PowerShell scripting for automation Understanding of Zero Trust security model Experience in troubleshooting authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect) Knowledge of ITIL processes is a plus Preferred Certifications Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate Microsoft Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) Education Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
