We’re looking for a Corporate Recruiter!

This role will serve to: Manage client and candidate relationships at the professional level Coordinating onsite interviews and conducting phone-based interviews Proactively identify, recruit and build candidate pipeline using innovative methods to source and develop candidate pipeline Facilitating a positive candidate experience Maintain and analyze recruitment metrics on a daily basis (calls made, candidates sourced, interviews scheduled) Handle multiple requirements at a time

Who you are We are looking for a candidate with a diverse skill set including: 5+ years of professional level recruiting experience, managing end to end recruiting processes at complex organizations Experience developing and executing candidate sourcing strategies, cold calling, and candidate assessment through in-depth phone screens/interviews, consulting senior leaders on talent acquisition strategy and candidate management/offer negotiations. Strong internal and external service-orientation Excellent verbal and written communication skills Must have client management experience, with the ability to influence executives and provide consultative services Proven track record of directly sourcing talent with specific subject matter expertise in competitive markets Excellent candidate management capabilities including manage salary negotiations from pre-qualifying to "close" Use innovative techniques to meet the staffing needs of the business Must be a team player and have the ability to be flexible and adaptable to rapid change Knowledge of the job market, supply of talent and competitive positioning for local and national resources
