Sr. Frontend Engineer

The Role

We are seeking a

Senior Front-End Developer

to lead the development of our core web platform. You will be responsible for architecting and implementing highly interactive, state-heavy user interfaces that translate complex logic into seamless user experiences. This role requires a blend of technical mastery, architectural thinking, and a focus on high-performance web applications. Core Responsibilities

System Architecture:

Design and maintain scalable front-end architectures using modern JavaScript frameworks. Component Development:

Build and document a reusable component library to ensure consistency across the platform. State Management:

Implement robust client-side state management for handling complex, real-time data flows. Performance Tuning:

Optimize application performance for maximum speed and scalability across various devices. Collaboration:

Work closely with backend engineers to integrate APIs and with designers to ensure high-fidelity UI/UX implementation. Must-Have Technical Stack

To be successful in this role, you

must

have expert-level proficiency in: Frameworks:

React.js (including Hooks and Functional Components) or Next.js. Language:

TypeScript (Advanced types, Interfaces, and Generics). State Management:

Redux Toolkit, MobX, or Recoil. Styling:

Tailwind CSS, Styled Components, or SASS. Build Tools:

Vite, Webpack, or TurboRepo. Testing:

Jest and React Testing Library for unit/integration testing. Required Talent & Soft Skills

Technical Leadership:

Proven ability to make high-level architectural decisions and mentor junior developers. Problem Solving:

A "first-principles" approach to debugging and optimizing complex logic. Communication:

Ability to articulate technical trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders. Ownership:

A proactive mindset regarding code quality, documentation, and the overall developer experience.
