Job Description: 8 years of overall industry experience At least 6 years of experience in ServiceNow ITOM domain Strong knowledge of ServiceNow ITOM modules Discovery Service Mapping Event Management Orchestration Deep understanding of CMDB design data integrity and dependency mapping Familiarity with ITIL and ITOM best practices ServiceNow Certified System Administrator CSA and ITOM related certifications Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Good to Have Skills Exposure to ServiceNow ITOM integrations with monitoring tools eg SolarWinds Nagios Splunk Knowledge of cloud discovery and hybrid infrastructure management Experience with automation frameworks and orchestration workflows Advanced ITIL certifications or ServiceNow Implementation Specialist certifications Familiarity with DevOps and AIOps concepts
