Product Manager

to join our CX Product team. In this role, you will architect the best support experience in fintech. You will build intelligent systems that don’t just "answer" users but understand, act, and resolve complex financial queries. If you are obsessed with LLMs and Agentic AI, passionate about improving the end-to-end customer journey, and want to build the ultimate AI-powered customer experience, this is your arena.

What You’ll Build (The Mission) ●

Next-Gen Agentic AI & Voice:

Move beyond basic chatbots. You will design and deploy autonomous AI systems capable of handling complex user intents, multi-modal inputs, and voice-to-voice support. You will build out continuous training loops, LLM Judges, and evaluation tools to ensure our AI is accurate, empathetic, and effective. ●

Intelligent Co-Pilots & Progressive Automation:

Modernize the infrastructure powering our human agents to give them superpowers. You will design "human-in-the-loop" systems that seamlessly route and hand off complex issues to agents. Over time, you will automate more workflows and repetitive tasks, allowing the human team to move up the value chain to focus on highly nuanced interactions—all while ensuring the overall user experience remains top-notch. ●

Proactive Customer Interventions:

Stop issues before they happen. Instead of being purely reactive, you will predict when a customer is likely to face friction and solve it proactively. Using integrations like MoEngage and Gupshup (WhatsApp), you will identify and intervene when customers get stuck in critical journeys (e.g., UPI onboarding, Personal Loans, or Cards). ●

Data-Driven Self-Service & VoC:

Transform CX into a frictionless experience. You will build dynamic self-service FAQs, implement transactional NPS surveys, and capture the Voice of the Customer (VoC) across the digital ecosystem. You'll translate these insights into actionable product priorities and use A/B testing to personalize support flows.

Who You Are ●

The AI Native:

You understand the difference between a scripted bot and an Agentic workflow. You have a proven track record (or deep personal projects) involving

Generative AI, LLMs

that show a deep understanding of how to drive probabilistic systems. ●

Data-Obsessed:

You don’t guess; you measure. You have deep expertise in analytics and can slice through funnels, retention cohorts, and CSAT metrics to find the "why" behind the data. ●

Customer-First Thinker:

You have deep empathy for the user. You understand that in fintech, a support query is often a moment of anxiety, and you design products that bring calm and clarity. ●

Technical & Collaborative:

You can discuss API specs with engineers, map out ticket resolutions with the customer support team, and analyze brand sentiment with marketing. You are comfortable diving into the data to prioritize features that move the needle. Key Requirements ● 2-4 years of experience in Product Management (Fintech or Consumer Tech preferred). ● Strong analytical SQL skills and experience with product analytics tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude, etc.). ● An entrepreneurial mindset—you thrive in high-paced environments where you own the outcome.
