Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized
Kitchen Manager
with a minimum of
7 years of professional kitchen experience
to oversee daily kitchen operations. The ideal candidate will ensure high food quality, hygiene standards, cost control, and efficient team management in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and supervise all kitchen operations on a daily basis
Plan menus in coordination with senior management or executive chef
Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation standards
Maintain strict hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards
Control food costs, portioning, and wastage
Manage kitchen inventory, ordering, and stock rotation
Train, schedule, and supervise kitchen staff
Ensure smooth coordination between kitchen and service teams
Handle equipment maintenance and kitchen safety procedures
Ensure compliance with local health and safety regulations
Candidate Requirements
Minimum
7 years of experience
in a professional kitchen environment
Proven experience as a
Kitchen Manager / Head Cook / Sous Chef
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen operations
Ability to work under pressure and manage large-scale food production
Cost control and inventory management experience
Flexible, disciplined, and reliable
International or overseas experience preferred
