Compensation & Benefits Manager - North Dorset - Temp - up to £29.00 per hour - Immediate Start Our client is looking for an experienced Compensation & Benefits Manager to join them for a 3-month project (with potential to extend) to review and improve employee benefits. Make sure the package is competitive, cost-effective, and appreciated by employees. Key Responsibilities : Review existing benefits - whats offered, costs, and eligibility Benchmark against the market to identify competitive and desirable options Recommend improvements that deliver cost savings and a benefits package employees value Key Skills: Proven experience in Compensation & Benefits or Reward Strong analytical and benchmarking skills Up-to-date knowledge of UK benefits trends Excellent communication and stakeholder management If you are available immediately, this is a great role and company to join!
