Job Summary

We are looking for a

Salesforce Data Migration Specialist

with strong experience in

Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud (NPC) or Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP)

to support end-to-end Salesforce implementations. The role will focus on planning, executing, and validating complex data migrations while ensuring data quality, integrity, and compliance with nonprofit fundraising and donor management requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Lead

end-to-end data migration

activities for Salesforce

Nonprofit Cloud / NPSP

implementations Analyze legacy data sources (CRM, fundraising systems, spreadsheets, databases) and define migration strategy Design

data mapping, transformation, and validation

rules aligned with nonprofit data models Perform data extraction, cleansing, deduplication, and enrichment Migrate data using tools such as

Data Loader, Data Import Wizard, ETL tools, or custom scripts Validate migrated data, perform reconciliation, and support UAT Work closely with

functional consultants, developers, and business stakeholders Document migration processes, data models, and best practices Support post-go-live data fixes and optimization

Required Skills & Experience

6+ years

of Salesforce experience with strong focus on

data migration Hands-on experience with

Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud (NPC) or NPSP Strong understanding of

nonprofit data models

(donations, households, accounts, contacts, campaigns) Experience with

Salesforce Data Loader, Import Wizard, ETL tools (MuleSoft, Talend, Informatica, etc.) Strong

SQL and data analysis skills Experience handling

large data volumes

and complex transformations Knowledge of

Salesforce security, validation rules, and automation Excellent communication and documentation skills
