Inbound Sales Specialist For Digital Marketing Agency

About the Role

Digimarketmoz is a fast-growing digital marketing & creative services agency working with brands, startups, clinics, and businesses across India.

We are looking for a confident Telecaller / Inside Sales Executive who can speak to business owners, understand their needs, and sell high-value creative and digital service packages.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys conversations, is comfortable with targets, and wants to grow in a sales-driven agency environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential business clients - Explain services, pricing, and value propositions clearly - Understand client requirements and suggest suitable packages - Book qualified meetings or close deals independently - Follow up with prospects and maintain lead records - Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets - Coordinate internally after successful closures

What We’re Looking For

- Good communication skills in English & Hindi (Marathi is a plus) - Confidence, persuasion skills, and positive attitude - Experience in telecalling / inside sales / B2B sales preferred - Willingness to learn creative & digital services - Comfortable with targets and incentive-based earnings - Basic knowledge of CRM or lead tracking is an advantage

Compensation

- Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹22,000 (based on experience) - Incentives & Commission: Performance-based (high earning potential) - Clear growth path for consistent performers
