At CareerXperts, content is more than posting regularly. It shapes conversations around hiring, careers, startups, and talent. This role is for someone who can turn ideas into engaging articles, newsletters, posts, and campaign content that professionals actually want to read.

What You’ll Work On

• Write engaging blogs, newsletters, posts, and website content

• Translate hiring insights, startup stories, and talent trends into compelling narratives

• Develop content calendars aligned with recruitment campaigns and brand initiatives

• Work closely with leadership and recruitment teams to convert real hiring insights into content

• Repurpose long-form content into carousels, short posts, and promotional formats

• Maintain a consistent brand voice across platforms

What We’re Looking For

• Strong writing skills with ability to simplify complex ideas

• Experience creating professional content for , blogs, or newsletters

• Curiosity about startups, hiring trends, careers, and technology ecosystems

• Ability to spot interesting angles in everyday industry conversations

• Attention to tone, clarity, and storytelling

Good To Have

• Experience writing for recruitment, HR, or startup audiences

• Familiarity with content formats and professional storytelling

• Basic understanding of SEO and content performance
